Digital assets
Offer digital assets without standing up a parallel bank.
Digital assets on the core is how community banks offer custody and stablecoin services inside their existing compliance program: Prism keeps custody, compliance and reconciliation on Nucleus BankOS instead of beside it.

The problem
A crypto vendor at the edge means running the bank twice.
Two ledgers, reconciled by spreadsheet.
A compliance program you run twice.
Risk hiding in the gap between systems.
The workflow
Digital assets, born on the core.
Compliance in the transaction lifecycle
Sanctions screening, monitoring and SAR/CTR workflows apply to fiat and stablecoin alike.
Continuous on-chain reconciliation
Balances reconcile against on-chain state continuously, with one-click proof-of-reserves.
A stablecoin balance is an account
It sits on the bank’s books as a first-class account, not in a vendor’s ledger.
Model it, then see it
Test it against your numbers
Build your business case
Model the cost of a separate crypto vendor and the compliance work it duplicates.
Side-core and full-core results shown separately, as ranges.
Illustrative scenarios: a hypothetical institution with modeled outcomes, not a customer deployment.
Questions
Digital Assets: what banks ask
Can a community bank legally offer crypto services?
Subject to its regulator’s posture, yes, with proper compliance, custody and risk controls. Prism is designed for exam-defensible custody and runs digital-asset compliance in the same monitoring program as the rest of the bank.
Does this require a separate ledger from the bank’s GL?
No. A stablecoin balance is a first-class account on the bank’s books, reconciled continuously against on-chain state, with one-click proof-of-reserves.
What about FinCEN, OFAC and BSA obligations for digital assets?
They apply through the same program. DarkMatter Synergy+ extends sanctions screening, transaction monitoring and SAR/CTR workflows across fiat, stablecoin and tokenized activity.
Does adapfin support tokenized deposits and tokenized assets?
Yes. Prism is designed for stablecoins, tokenized deposits and on-chain settlement of conventional instruments.
Can we run a digital-assets pilot alongside our existing core?
Yes. Prism can run in side-core mode on Nucleus BankOS for an evaluation pilot before broader rollout.
